Uganda offers an immersive journey through the country's rich landscapes and wildlife. You'll explore lush rainforests to track primates like chimpanzees and mountain gorillas in their natural habitat, experience game drives across vast savannahs for sightings of elephants, lions, and other iconic animals, and enjoy boat safaris on scenic waterways.
ARRIVE AT ENTEBBE AIRPORT
You will be picked up at Entebbe International Airport for your transfer. Activities include a tour of Mabamba Swamp and exploring the local art scene in Kampala, before returning to Entebbe for an overnight stay. Meals are provided on a half-board basis. Accommodation is at Entebbe Forest Lodge in a luxury single room.
FLY TO BWINDI
In the morning, you will take an Aero-link flight from Entebbe to Kihihi, followed by a transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to interact with the local community.Meals included are lunch and dinner. Your accommodation will be at Gorilla Forest Camp in a luxury single room on a full board basis.
GORILLA TREKKING
Start your day with breakfast at the lodge, followed by an exciting gorilla trekking adventure. The trek may last anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on the gorillas' location. In the afternoon, you will visit "Ride 4 a Woman".
Meals included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Your accommodation will be at Bwindi Lodge in a luxury single room on a full board basis.
DRIVE TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing through the Ishasha sector, which is renowned for its tree-climbing lions.During your visit, you will have the opportunity to encounter hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of birdlife.Meals included are lunch and dinner. Your accommodation will be at The River Station Lodge in a luxury single room.
CHIMPANZEE TREKKING IN KYAMBURA GORGE
After breakfast, you will drive to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking in the underground tropical forest. In the afternoon, you will visit the Equator Memorial and the Rwenzori Founders Art Centre. Meals included are lunch and dinner. Your accommodation will be at Kyambura Gorge Lodge in a luxury single room.
RETURN TO ENTEBBE AND FLY OUT
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to the airstrip for your domestic flight to Entebbe International Airport. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will be taken to a boutique hotel where a day room is reserved for you. Relax there until it’s time for your transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
